Directions
From I-40E: I-40 becomes S College Road. Turn left onto New Centre Drive (near the Best Buy and Cruiser's Car Wash). Follow to the end of the road in the cul-de-sac and follow signs to leasing office.
From UNCW campus: From Randall Pkwy, turn onto Racine Dr. at the water tower. At the blinking light, take a right on to College Acres Dr.. Follow College Acres for 200 yards and you will see Cypress Pointe on your left.
